hello, Aimee

well, she is here. my mother in law arrived two days ahead of schedule last night at 10pm. my husband showed up with her. she got in early and met him at work and he thought it would be cute to surprise me. NEVer surprise you wife with her mother in law, no matter how much they get along! so luckily aunt ln spilled the beans. she called and asked if aimee had arrived yet. i said what, i dont expect her til tomorrow night and she said well maybe she changed her plans. i didnt think more of it until 9:30 came and my husband was not home yet, nor had he called. with each minute i became more and more sure he was bringing nana home. i kept interupting the kids as i tried to get them in bed, i made my little girl get up and clean her room with me, i made my oldest stop her reading homewprk to pick up her room and all her stuff from the living room. i ran around the kitchen like a mad woman trying desperatly to pick up the days mess. they arrived at 10pm and all the kids were still awake and had just finished cleaning their rooms. the kitchen was not done and my room was a mess. but at least the house looked decent, thank god for LN!
