ahhhhhh.
i made breakfast for my kids + 1 today (we have a friend that spent the night, the school agers are on a winter break). i did the dishes and have a very clean kitchen, all the counters are cleared off and nothing is in the sink. my kitchen floor has been swept and remains mostly food/crud free! i even have a load of laundry in the washer. my kids are all dressed and fed since i made them a yummy breakfast of cheesy scrambled eggs and bagels with cream cheese. i'm not sure why the universe has been completly altered today but i am enjoying it for now.

Wow- I posted on my blog about 2 hours after you, but it appears that we've had very similar lives today. Oh- but I didn't feed kids, I fed dogs.

i even drove out to meet my husband for lunch. when i got there my mother in law was there- surprise! (whaaa?)
but then we all went out to red robin and had a wonderful lunch together. it was a good day. baked cupcakes for a party today.
