more cookies

sold another three boxes of cookies tonight just cuz it was written on my van. this is really fun. we went to the library and as we were leaving there was a girl walking several steps ahead of us. she saw us vere towards the van that said girl scout cookies on it and i saw her start to turn and hesitated. "do you want some girl scout cookies?" i called to her. she smiled, "yes, i do!" that was cool. then we stopped by burgerking on the way home and a friend called just as i was about to pull in the drive through. so instead i pulled into a space to talk on the phone. as i hung up and was about to pull into the drive-thru, a woman and her son came walking over to my van (which was way in the corner of the parking lot by itself). "would you like some girl scout cookies?" i asked. "will you be here long?" she countered. "well, i was actually just about to go through the drive-thru", i replied, "i had just stopped to talk on the phone." "oh", she said,"i thought you were parked here to sell cookies." "well...no, but would you like to buy some?" i responded. unfortunatly, the girls at the library had just bought the last thin mint i had with me, and that is what this woman wanted. i told here we'd be at the bowling alley at a booth tomorrow with all the cookies and invited here there. she bought a diffrent box of cookies form us anyway!
