stuff is happening
well, it seems that angelkris and i are the only active bloggers right now. and we only started because everyone else was doing it. losers. but it is addictive so i'll keep on for the time being. it was nice to keep up with ehat everyone else was doing. but very time consuming. i had to cut back on checking every blog every day b/c i was spending too much of my time on the computer. has anyone heard form ithiel lately? how is he doing? he hasnt responded to my email and i am naturaly worried about him due to the circumstances he was in when i left O. worried about my friend. any updates would be appreciated.
so i had quite the event yesterday. well actually ,my son had quite the event and that made my day eventful. my friend nicole came over with her son elijah. she and i went in the back yard to do some yoga and mr poni stayed inside with summer, who we learned today has strep throat which she decided to share with her sister, kid 1. the boys, my son and elijah were, we thought inside with mr poni watching the movie. we were wrong.
my son is safe. my son is alive and my son is not hurt.
after maybe half an hour of nicole and i outside, mr poni comes outside asking if the boys were with us. ??? we ran around the house frantic. my first thought was they went out front to the open garage to play with the new slide. my son cant open doors yet but we knew that elijah could. we went out to the front yard. there was no sign of them out front anywhere. but we found my sons riding car at the bottom of the drive way in the street. we saw nothing of the boys anywhere up or down the street or any of the yards. we started yelling their names but we heard no sounds anywhere. i pulled over a neighbor from down the street that had just pulled in the neighborhood and was passing my house, he didn't see them anywhere as he came in the neighborhood. my mind raced. i didn't know what to do. then a car pulls up, its my friend, Rene, from the next street over at the bottom of the hill. She had seen the boys without any parent around and thankfully recognized my son and came to get me. we started running. as i rounded the corner and ran down the street i could see a red shirt in the middle of the street at the very end, this was elijah, he seemed okay. then a little closer just at the bottom of the hill i saw a man walking in his drive way up to my son and picking him up. we are still running (this is all a long ways away). i got my boy and kept running to reach elijah. Renee, still in her car, passes us and pulls her car up next to him to talk to him and get him to stop walking further away.
thank you, god!!! both boys were unharmed. they were okay. thank you that Renee had just been pulling in the neighborhood to go home. thank you that she saw them and noticed they had no parents around, thank you that she recognized my son and came to get us, just before we hit full on panic mode. thank you that they weren't taken, or hit by a car or any other terrible things that could have happened but i don't want to think about. thank you god for my little boy!!!
Renee is the only person i know, or who knows me on the other street that far down. she is the only one who would have recognized jaden that far away form my house. and i just met her last month while we were walking our new dog.
i am soooo thankful. what a stressful day. i was still shaking an hour later. i cant believe my little clingy son who wont go more than 5 feet from me wondered all across the neighborhood. i'm so glad to have him back.
and now as i mentioned earlier we just found out that my two girls have strep throat. so mr poni and i are airing out the house right now and washing all the sheets. my oldest has to stay home from school today and tomorrow. she's missing more school. i am worried about this since she just missed 4 days for the omaha trip. and they do hold kids back here in texas. what can we do. nothing right now.
the girls are relaxing and watching movies right now, but i need to go.
catch you all later.

Wow, universe works in mysterious ways I guess...
Update on Ithiel. He is living with Joe at his new house (just bought his parents house). Miss D is living in the house with her boy. We thought that he beat her but knowing Miss D she probably embelished. She might move to St.Louis with her boy since he has family there. Ithiel may move as well in order to be close Elise.
And...Miss D is 4 months preggers...possibly...ithiel is suspisious...she claims to want nothing to do with new bun-in-oven when it comes. Oh, and she might sell the house. Most of the info is going on mights and maybe's but this is striaght from Ithiel's mouth. Well, from Alikat's mouth the moment she got off the phone with him.
Oh, and Ithiel is temporary disconnected from Internet since Joe doesn't have any.

You may want to remove raptorpack's comment and discuss things like that via email. Not sure Ithiel wants this shit on the blogs.

meh. lotsa personal info in raptor's update, but that's about the gist of it. I thought I had responded to your email 'poni. don't know why you didn't get it

thanks for the updates.
wow, ithiel, i hope you do well and enjoy the new house. thanks for not minding us airing out all of your laundry here.
pamela- yes it was terrifying. did i mention that an hour later i was still shaking? and i called the flower shop almost immediatly near tears ordering a bunch of flowers for her. you know me though, all calm and stuff in the middle of a crisis, and then the break down comes once the crisis is over.

Holy shit Mrs Poni! I'm very glad things have turned out a-ok with Jaden, the little trouble-maker sweetie-face! You made my heart race just reading that story.

Awwww, thanks pamela and megs! I really appreciate your concern for my kid. i thought it was pretty tramatic. jaden seemed unfazed though. he was just toddling along down the street when i found him. it means alot though to me that i have such good friends that can symapthize with me :)

Mt sister in law shared a similar story with me, but not quite so dramatic. Her little one escaped (18 months old) and was found in the neighbors yard- not nearly as adventurous as your little one, but still scary none-the-less. Maybe it's a passage of motherhood or something.
Anyway- the Itheil situation is pretty cruddy, but I am on the side of raptor. You can't really believe anything that comes out of D's mouth. (I've realized this from multiple personal experiences in which I caught her lying to me) But anyway- Itheil knows that we are here for him and will help him out any way that we can.

I am so glad that Jaden is okay. I can't imagine how scary it must have been for you until you found him. It is amazing how unphased kids can be about stuff like that though. I am sure not a single thought of danger ever entered his head.
Glad Ithiel doesn't mind us talking about him. I wasn't sure and since most of this info came from me I didn't want him mad at me for sharing it. It is all out of concern for our friend. A D bullshit detector would be helpful in all this so we could tell what is really going on in her head.

KnH Has it COMPLETELY WRONG!! I never took on seven magical goos whilst composing a theatrical comedy and performing the Macarena. It was the cha cha, I don't go in for those fly-by-night dances ;)
