everything is calm on the home front

wow, everyone is quiet on the blog front today. where has everyone gone. not even any new comment (accept 1031, dont think i am ignoring you). i have had an absoultly crazy couple of days and the madness does not end soon. i am awake typing now hyped up on the 3 XS energy drinks i have had today! yipeeeee!
so i just returned from a business meeting. it was a lot of fun. the ac was broken in the hotel conference room i think b/c it was crazy hot. but that turned out good, i was soo packed with energy from the drinks i had that i was glad to have something for my hands to do as i fanned myself. those meetings are always fun though. great bunch of people. and we have a cool womens only conference at the end of the month in austin. i cant wait. dinner and a fashion show are included! :)


monday my oldest daughter turned 8. so we had to make it special somehow. she thought she should get her birthday off from school and was disappointed that school was uneventful. so afterschool i gave her a birthday pen and a butterfly made out of those body crystals. she wore it on her cheek to dance last night. today we had a dr's appt, gymnastics for my other daughter and grocery shopping for me and my son (unfortunatly we cant buy milk online...yet). then after school we had pictures taken at gymnastics, homework to do, dinner to make and eat, and off to my biz meeting, happily leaving my three angelic children behind with grandpa. i love those meetings. what a crazy day. and it turns out kid 1 may have a sprained ankle, possibly a fracture so i have to take her for x-rays tomorrow and some phy. therapy on thurs. eek. and then her b-day party is friday night. oh my god. lots of 8 yr old girls.
my new friend angela came to the meeting with me and my mom tonight. she is great. i like her a lot. she is divorced with 2 kids, 7 and 4. and i think she is going into a depression. she recently quit her job to stay home (she made $50 too much to quailfy for gov't housing, not any more!) and she currently has to live with her mom, she is 30. she and her kids sleep in the living room. i'm not sure how she does it. now she is on the list for housing so in about 6 months she'll have to move. i'll be sad. she wont be far away but not walking distance like now.
mr poni went to the dr with us today and went to work late. i am glad. it made the dr so much easier and i was able to see him more this am. i havent seen him since, he was already in bed tonight when i got home at midnight (that is soo late for me).
tomorrow i hope will be a good day. it is hectic, lots i need to do. but i hope to enjoy the park with my younger two in the morning. we'll swing some and go feed the ducks. i have an hour free in the morning so hopefully with that relax time my crazy afternoon will be easier to handle. i hope so.
tomorrow i have to meet with the school counselor and her teacher, get the xrays and take the girls to gymnastics class. once again add in dinner homework and an 8:30 bedtime and that makes a crazy evening. then thursday night is soccer. and i have a biz. partner coming over too. but mr poni is off thurs so it will be a great day. i love him. he is awesome. i married the best husband. he is so loving and supportive and the best part is he thinks i'm great! wow. he works hard so that i can stay home with the kids too. i really appreciate that. i hope this new biz of mine works out so i can suppliment our income. i dont want him to be so stressed out about being the only source of money. he puts too much stress on himself. i love him. did i say that yet. too bad ladies he is taken already.
