an update on my doings

well. school starts on tuesday. we had the meet the teacher night tonight. it went pretty well. my daughter has to start a whole new school this year (they have only 2 grades in each school here, so she starts the 4th and 5th grade school). her classroom is in the back in a prtable building, which i was unhappy about at first but the prtables are a lot nicer now adays than when we were in school. this portable is brand new this year. her teacher is nice. she has a friend from last year in her class so that is good. i just have to get a few more school supplies then we'll be set.

i need to apply for some jobs myself, so i might actually get one. then i can sign my younger two up for preschool at a daycare. they can start the first week of september, except that i have to have a job first before i can actually PAY for daycare. its only going to run $200/ week for the two of them. eeeick. its like i am going to work just to pay for their school. which now that i think of it is one of the best things i could be paying for i guess. i am still adamint that i get a job that i will not work past three pm, so i can pick up my darlings from school and still get to see them of an afternoon.

so that is what i am up to..

..oh and planning a birthday party (or i should be, stupid procrastinator) kid 2 turns 4 on september 5th. i think it will be a my little poni party.
